For four years, she has called these mountains home, trading the chaos of city life for the rhythm of rustling leaves and the silent wisdom of towering peaks.

Renu’s journey is not a straight path but an adventure, a trek through passion, reinvention, and fearless exploration. From climate tech to mountaineering, she has followed her calling, unafraid to burn bridges that no longer serve her spirit. It was not ambition alone that brought her to Ninzarin, but something deeper, the promise of a team that values collaboration over hierarchy, creativity over convention, and purpose over profit.

As the Fire Ninja, she ignites energy wherever she goes. Her presence electrifies a room, making every conversation richer, every idea bolder. Whether she’s shaping business strategies, crafting visual narratives, or strengthening client relationships, she does it with an artist’s touch and an adventurer’s heart.

She speaks the language of design, pitches with the confidence of a seasoned storyteller, and breathes life into the brand with her creative prowess.

Renu’s academic foundation is a fusion of science and strategy. She pursued an Integrated MSc in Physics from the University of Mumbai’s Department of Atomic Energy Centre for Excellence in Basic Sciences (UMDAECEBS), grounding her in analytical thinking. She later honed her expertise in people and organizations with an MA in HRM & LR from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai, bringing structure to her creative instincts.

But beyond her professional might, Renu is a soul that thrives in simplicity. She finds joy in the crisp mountain air, in the company of her two loyal German Shepherds, in the stillness of a sunrise before the world wakes up. She believes in working not just for success, but for meaning. For a world that gives more than it takes. For a workplace that feels less like work and more like purpose.
