Her journey has never been about staying still. She has lived in many places, flowing through different cities and countries, always embracing change as a path to growth. London was one of those places, a chapter that deepened her understanding of business, culture, and the ever-evolving world of work.
Every move was a lesson in resilience, every new place a chance to redefine herself. Born into a world of transitions, packing bags, settling in, uprooting again! She learned early on that change is not something to fear, but to embrace.
Her professional path reflects this same fluidity. With 20 years of experience, Megha has thrived in industries as diverse as retail, category management, and analytics. From the structured corridors of Indian exports to the dynamic landscape of retail, she has navigated shifts with precision, letting her keen analytical mind guide the way. She doesn’t just adapt to change, she anticipates it, always staying ahead of the curve.
Her academic foundation is just as dynamic, spanning Mathematics and Physics (BSc), Manufacturing Technology (PGD – NIFT), and an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
But beneath her business acumen lies a seeker’s heart. Megha’s foray into spirituality wasn’t planned, it was something she discovered through exploration, a quiet calling that grew stronger with time. When her son was born, it anchored her even more, offering her a deeper sense of connection and meaning. To her, spirituality is not just about belief, but about perspective. A way of seeing the bigger picture, of finding clarity in the midst of chaos.
