An HR professional with over ten years of cross-domain experience, from pharma and tech to R&D and e-commerce, Deepashri’s journey has never been about staying still. She’s navigated diverse sectors not just as a consultant but as a cultural translator, making sense of complex people dynamics and helping organisations breathe better.

But Deepashri isn’t just a consultant. She’s a researcher at heart. Currently pursuing her PhD in organisational culture in Indian startups from TISS, Mumbai, she dives deep into what makes teams tick and what drives purpose at work.

At Ninzarin, she’s found the perfect confluence of her twin passions, research and real-world impact. Whether she’s decoding workplace dynamics or crafting insight-driven strategies, she moves with a quiet focus that transforms chaos into clarity.

Academically, she stands on a rock-solid foundation: a B.E. in Information Technology from Pune University (2010), followed by an M.A. in Human Resources Management and Labour Relations from TISS, Mumbai (2015).

What sets her apart is not just her academic rigour, but her innate curiosity and calming presence. She doesn’t just listen, she absorbs. She doesn’t just analyse, she reflects. And when she speaks, her insights land softly, but with power.

Off the clock, she’s a lover of cinema, a self-confessed foodie, and a trained classical singer who finds solace in music and melody. She may be shy about performing in public, but when she sings to herself, the world around her settles into rhythm. And when she whistles full-length tunes while working, you know the Air Ninja is in her element, focused, flowing, fully alive.
