Along the way, he built his foundation with a B.Com from Symbiosis College and a Master’s in Personnel Management from SIBM, Pune, where he deepened his understanding of people, systems, and strategic HR.

Now based in Singapore, Anuj has transitioned from corporate executive to independent growth strategist. He’s embraced this global shift not as a pause, but as an opportunity to stretch his thinking, explore new frameworks, and deepen his expertise across business transformation.
